Hormones- Are yours balanced?
When you sign up for a health coaching program with me, we will identify which hormones may be imbalanced, based on your symptoms. There is so much we can do to improve hormones just based on symptom assessment alone!
With that information we will work on natural lifestyle methods to restore optimal function!

BUT ALSO...
If you're looking to DIVE DEEPER, I work with several integrative practitioners who can order and interpret lab work. While my programs offer the best lifestyle methods to improve hormone function and all of the associated symptoms, you may choose to measure your hormones in lab work for a more in-depth look. You can choose to measure lab values at ANY point in your journey with me-- whether from the start, or as we move along!
If you're looking for an integrative approach to your health care, lets chat and I can get you set up with a practitioner to suit your needs!

Please note that the practitioners I work with require an in-office visit at the start of your treatment and at least once per year and are located in the Orlando area of Florida.
All follow ups can be done via tele-medicine.
Why test hormones?

Hormones are chemical messengers within our bodies.
Without proper balance, things can go awry.
I've found that starting around age 35, it can be beneficial to start looking at how your body is functioning on a hormonal level, ESPECIALLY if you are feeling symptoms! There's so much you can do with natural methods, but, if you're feeling severe symptoms (like those listed below), there's sometimes a great benefit to considering bioidentical hormone therapy!
In my 10 years of experience as a health coach, I've studied hormone balance for the last 8 and coached countless clients on rebalancing and healing! During our initial consultation, I'll help you to identify if hormone testing and working with an integrative medical practitioner might be right for you!
